Sumac berries give this blend a nice tartness. It's great on chicken or fish. It also makes a great savory bagel spread when added to cream cheese!
 
Around the holidays it makes some great oyster crackers (recipe included with blend!).
 
Fun fact: The sample bag of this blend (third picture) is the perfect size for a 10oz batch of oyster crackers AND IT COMES WITH THE RECIPE! Cool, huh?
