This blend of classic Italian herbs with red chili flakes will add instant elegance to any occasion. Just put a little of this blend into a dish with your favorite olive oil, cut up some bread, maybe some cheese, open a bottle of wine and you're set!
But you don't have to use this blend just for bread dipping, it's great to use in any recipe that calls for Italian seasoning! We love it on roasted veggies and in homemade artichoke & tomato tapenade!

8oz block feta
1 cup pitted olives
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons Mediterranean Oil Blend
salt & pepper to taste
Heat oven to 350*F. Place feta in a small baking dish. Place olives and tomatoes around the cheese. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, Mediterranean, salt & pepper. Pour this mixture over the feta. Bake 20 mins then broil for 1 to 2 mins. Serve right away with bread and crackers!
