Jeremy is a fifth generation Charlestonian. He has a passion for cooking which began at a very young age when he began helping his Mom in the kitchen. At age 8, he attended an adult Holiday Cooking class sponsored by Johnson & Wales. He quickly took charge and showed the surrounding women how to prepare the items. At age 10, The Post & Courier published his Chocolate Zucchini Bread recipe.
He is a graduate of the Charleston Culinary Institute. He has worked in hospitality for many years.
Garnette is from North Carolina. Her family moved to Peru when she was a child. This is where she discovered many global favors. She has a passion for the sites, sounds and flavors of Peru.
She is a graduate of UNC-Greensboro. She worked in hospitality for many years and lived in different cities in the southeast. She chose Charleston as the best place to raise her family.
